I made some General Tso's Chicken tonight from scratch. I like to read multiplerecipies when I make something new. I think it gives me a better general feel for how the dish is supposed to be made. Sometimes I pick one and follow it. Other times, I just wing it, using the recipies as a guideline. Tonight I winged it. I was pleased with the results.
